Studio flats are unsurprisingly the cheapest option at around £204,000.
There is a good range of housing in this area that includes the late 19th century terraces in Highbury fields, the Georgian terraces in Highbury Place, mansions in Highbury crescent, terrace mews and converted flats on Ronalds Road, double fronted Victorian houses in Highbury Hill, flats in Drayton Park, small flats in Mountgrove Road, Victorian mansion flats in Highbury estate and homes in the tree lined in the south-east of N5 and many more.
N5 is home to top premier league club Arsenal, with it's home ground, The Emirates Stadium, being here. The former site of Arsenal's games Highbury Fields is still known for being a large open space that includes sport facilities and playgrounds, as well as Highbury Pool that is one of the best equipped and maintained pool in London and it also features saunas, gyms and more.
