The average price for a studio flat is just over £185,000 and a one bedroom house costs around £244,000 with it increasing in price for each additional room, with a six bedroom house costing just under £1,153,000. The area hosts a wide array of shops, restaurants and bars. Open areas such as Finsbury Park, Ducketts Common, Priory Park and Crouch Hill Park are here, making it one the greenest areas of London. Harringay Stadium and Harringay Arena both host many sporting and entrainment events, and Crouch End is a centre for the arts with many museums, music studios, art schools, galleries and more.
