In these difficult financial times moving home may be the last thing on our mind. You spend so much of our time working for any money you can get that you don't want to spend it all in one go, not to mention the time you would lose organising it all. Cost is one thing, but when you start to think about it, a move can involve a lot of work. Planning, organising your belongings, packing them, moving large objects from your home, arranging transport and parking, loading everything on to the vehicles, getting them to your new home and then doing the process in reverse.
Moving home shouldn't be something that is avoided or dreaded. It is the chance to rekindle your life. A new home can bring more space, allow you to decorate and customise to suit your liking, the area may have new things to do and people to meet. When you're happy with where you live you'll be happier in all aspects of your life. Then you'll find that you start to enjoy yourself more. So no matter what a new house may afford, the happiness it can bring is limitless.
This still leaves you with all the work involved and that's unlikely to bring any joy. Luckily, Man and Van exists. As a top removals firm we can take care of all your moving problems.

Whether your moving into or around Pimlico it's good to know more about the area. It is a part of Central London and inside Westminster, with it's postcode area being SW1V. The River Thames is in the south, Vauxhall Bridge Road in the east and the former Grosvenor Canal is in the west. Victoria Railway Station in the north separates Pimlico from Belgravia. It's history dates back to the 16th century when the manor was divided up by the crown. The land would pass through several owners until Mary Davies and under her the area flourished. Later on in years many home were developed and with it being so close to the Houses of Parliament it became a busy political centre. Despite damage during the Blitz the area continued to develop with Victorian houses being converted and extensive regeneration occurring.
Notable sites in Pimlico are the Dolphin Square apartments where many members of Parliament reside. The Tate Britain is one of the most impressive galleries in England with many works by J. Turner and numerous other artists found here. There's the Churchill Gardens, the Empire Terminal building and many attractive churches are scattered throughout the area.
